Celebrate Presidents' Day by playing Super Smash Bros Brawl and MarioKart on two wall-sized screens at the library! The games will be played with four players each. For kids and teens.

Read to Simber

Monday, February 22
6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Simber, the amazing listening dog, and her handler Sarah Ehrlich will be ready to meet and be read to by children of all ages. This informal reading program is a fun way to encourage reading confidence. Simber is a ‘Bright & Beautiful Certified Therapy Dog’ and has passed the ACK Canine Good Citizens Test. No sign up is needed.

Wii Gaming 12/29/09

On this bitterly cold day, children at the library stayed warm playing Super Smash Bros Brawl and Mario Kart. Four kids could play each other at a time on each game and the screens were projected onto the wall.

Simber the Dog 12/07/09

Simber the amazing listening dog came to the children's department last night and was read to by several children. Simba is a certified Bright and Beautiful Certified Therapy Dog.
